Lion’s Hill is nestled in the upscale suburb of Leopard’s Hill, Lusaka. It’s conveniently located just a 10 km drive from Crossroads Shopping Mall in Woodlands, ensuring easy access to amenities and facilities.
The overall objective of the project was to prepare a land utilization report for the circa 70Ha greenfield nestled in the New Kasama/State Lodge area of Lusaka. Afritec working with other professionals developed the Masterplan, Phasing options and infrastructure as well as utility services requirements for our client to commence preparations for the rollout of the infrastructure implementation.
